As a partner and principal architect leading the architecture and design practice, Parisa brings over 20 years of experience and a deep passion for architecture, design, and leadership and she has stewarded the firm’s strategy to transition Cutler to an integrated Architecture and Interior Design firm.

Before joining Cutler, Parisa worked in various architectural firms in BC, Canada and abroad on a diverse range of project types and complexities. As Principal-in-Charge, she is actively overseeing projects from inceptions to completion, championing her leadership through coaching and educating the team to deliver elegant designs, high-quality work, and exceptional client service. Her focus is on meeting clients’ visions and achieving their goals.

Parisa is committed to mentoring and training young emerging architects and designers, extending her mentorship to support intern architects on their journey toward becoming registered architects.

Jeff is an entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in the design and construction industry. He founded Cutler in 2010 and currently leads business strategy, finance, and client relationships. With a background in owners representation and project management, his experience includes many types of commercial projects such as retail, health & wellness, corporate offices, light industrial, and hospitality. He is also a Canadian Construction Association gold seal certified owners construction manager.

As a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, Jeff is part of an innovative global network of business owners that assist each other to become exceptional business and community leaders. Jeff is also a board member of Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver.
