Big news at Cutler! We would like to formally announce that Parisa Seyed-Hoseini is now a Partner at Cutler.
Over the past 3 years Parisa has made significant contributions to our Architecture and Interior Design practice. Cutler has evolved to an industry leading integrated Architecture and Interior Design firm specializing in commercial and light industrial projects. We are thrilled that Parisa will help lead the next chapter of our firm.

Parisa Seyed-Hoseini
Architect AIBC, M.Arch, LEED AP
As a partner and principal architect leading the architecture and design practice, Parisa brings over 20 years of experience and a deep passion for architecture, design, and leadership and she has stewarded the firm’s strategy to transition Cutler to an integrated Architecture and Interior Design firm.
Before joining Cutler, Parisa worked in various architectural firms in BC, Canada and abroad on a diverse range of project types and complexities. As Principal-in-Charge, she is actively overseeing projects from inceptions to completion, championing her leadership through coaching and educating the team to deliver elegant designs, high-quality work, and exceptional client service. Her focus is on meeting clients’ visions and achieving their goals.
Parisa is committed to mentoring and training young emerging architects and designers, extending her mentorship to support intern architects on their journey toward becoming registered architects.
Jeff Cutler
Jeff is an entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in the design and construction industry. He founded Cutler in 2010 and currently leads business strategy, finance, and client relationships. With a background in owner’s representation and project management, his experience includes many types of commercial projects such as retail, health & wellness, corporate offices, light industrial, and hospitality. He is also a Canadian Construction Association gold seal certified owners construction manager.
As a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, Jeff is part of an innovative global network of business owners that assist each other to become exceptional business and community leaders. Jeff is also a board member of Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver.
Who are we working with?
Cutler is working with some great clients on some exciting projects in BC. We are working with ALLIED REIT on revitalizing 375 Water St in Gastown. We also recently completed a flagship 40,000 sq.ft. fitness facility in Mount Pleasant for Altea Active. We are working on multiple light industrial projects with our partners at Rain City Industrial. Design phase is progressing on multiple retail spaces at the Oakridge Park for brands such at Valentino, Dyptique, and Lugaro. Construction is underway at an all new indoor 50,000 sq.ft Speeders go-cart racing facility in Richmond. We also have multiple private health & wellness projects in progress.
Our portfolio of ground-up projects is also growing. Construction for the new addition to an existing building on Robson street for JD Sports will start soon. Design phase has commenced on a new building project for Mid Island Co-op on Vancouver Island.
