The Richmond Facility

Speeders’ Richmond location spans an impressive 50,000 square feet, making it one the largest indoor karting track in the region. The facility features a challenging track layout, advanced timing systems, and a comfortable restaurant area for spectators and participants alike. This venue is perfect for hosting a variety of events, from casual outings to corporate functions.

Cutler’s Role

Cutler was honored to provide comprehensive architecture, interior design, and project consulting services for Speeders’ Richmond facility. Our team worked diligently to create a dynamic and engaging environment that enhances the karting experience. Key aspects of our involvement included:

• Architecture and Interior Design: We designed a modern, functional space that maximizes the use of the large area while ensuring safety and comfort for all visitors.
• Project Consulting: Cutler coordinated all sub-consultants, including code consultants, civil engineers, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers, to ensure the project met all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Construction Consulting: We engaged local general contractors via an RFP for the construction of the project, ensuring that the best talent was brought on board to bring the vision to life.
